Individual, Couples & Group Psychotherapy

Welcome! My primary goal as a therapist is to help you feel safe and comfortable exploring your concerns and challenges. Therapy can be both a difficult and rewarding endeavor, and I feel privileged to get to share with my clients in their fears, hopes, and joys. I love my work, and look forward to meeting you.

Services
Often couples seek therapy when they are experiencing problems or conflict in their relationships. However, couples therapy is an option at any point to deepen your relationship or to better understand your partner. I work with couples of all sexualities, genders, and configurations - e.g. monogamous, polyamorous, open relationships, etc.
Couples/Relationship Therapy
Therapy can be helpful not only to resolve problems, but also to improve self-esteem, confidence, and overall health. In individual therapy, you and I work together to understand what it is that you'd like to change, how that came to be, and where to go from there.

Eating Disorders
I approach eating disorders in a non-judgmental, collaborative way. I don't believe in one size fits all treatment, and prefer to work with you and your other treatment providers - dietitians, psychiatrists, and others - to find what works best for you as an individual.
